Really free. You give an email address, you get a Notion duplicate link, and the template is yours permanently — there's no expiry, no locked blocks, and no upgrade nag inside the template itself.

Because the email list is how a site like this survives without ads. You get the link immediately on the page — you don't have to wait for the email to arrive — and unsubscribing is one click.

The free ones are deliberately narrower: one database, one job, minimal setup. The paid templates connect several databases with relations, rollups, and formulas into a full system. A free template is often the right call if you're not sure you'll stick with the habit yet.

Edit it however you like — once it's duplicated into your workspace it's a normal Notion page. You just can't resell it or redistribute it as your own product.
