Privacy Policy
Short version: we collect your email if you give it to us, our payment provider handles your payment details, and we don't sell anything to anyone.

What we collect
- Your email address, if you request a free template or subscribe to the newsletter. Stored with our email provider and tagged with which template you asked for.
- Order information when you buy — held by Stripe, our payment provider. We can see order records (what was bought, the email used, the amount); we never see or store card numbers.
- Aggregate analytics — page views and referrers, with no cookies used to track you across other sites and no attempt to identify you individually.
What we don't collect
No accounts, no passwords, no card details, and nothing at all about what you do inside your own Notion workspace. Once a template is duplicated, it lives entirely in your Notion account and we have no visibility into it.
Why we collect it
To deliver the template you asked for, to send occasional emails when new templates ship, and to understand which pages are useful. That's the full list.
Who we share it with
Only the processors that make the site work: our email provider (delivery and list management), Stripe (payments), and our hosting and analytics provider. We do not sell personal data, and we don't hand your email to advertisers.
How long we keep it
Email addresses stay on the list until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Order records are kept as long as tax rules require our payment provider to keep them.
Your choices
- Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
- Email hello@notionpulse.com to request a copy of your data or have it deleted, and we'll action it.
