About NotionPulse

A small storefront for Notion templates that are actually finished systems — not screenshots with a payment link attached.

The problem with most template listings

Search for a Notion template and you'll find thousands, most of them impossible to evaluate before you pay. The listing shows three beautiful screenshots, a bullet list of features that could describe any database, and no indication of whether the thing actually works once you put your own messy data into it.

The result is a lot of templates that get duplicated once and abandoned in a week — not because the buyer lacked discipline, but because the template was a layout, not a system.

What we do differently

  • Every template page says who it's not for. If a template is overkill for your situation, we'd rather you buy the cheaper one or the free one.
  • Templates ship with sample data already in them, so you can see the formulas and rollups working before you clear it out and make it yours.
  • No fake urgency, no invented download counts, no testimonials we didn't receive. When you see social proof on this site, it will be real.
  • Several genuinely free templates, permanently free — not trials. See them here.

How the business works

Paid templates are one-time purchases, delivered as a Notion duplicate link. There's no subscription, no account to create, and no login to maintain — once a template is in your workspace, it belongs to you and works whether or not this site still exists.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details — they go straight to Stripe, which is about as boring and reliable as payment infrastructure gets.

Who's behind it

NotionPulse is run by a small independent team that uses these templates daily. Questions, template requests, and bug reports all go to hello@notionpulse.com and get read by a person.
