Who we are

This site is operated by [Your registered business name], [jurisdiction]. "We" and "us" refer to that entity; "you" refers to anyone using the site or buying a template.

What you're buying

Each product is a link that lets you duplicate a Notion page into your own workspace. You are buying a licence to use that template, not ownership of the underlying design. Delivery is digital and immediate; there is no physical product and nothing is shipped.

Licence — what you may do

• Use the template for personal or commercial work, indefinitely.
• Modify it however you like once it's in your workspace.
• Share the duplicated page with collaborators inside your own team or household.

Licence — what you may not do

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the template, modified or not.
• Publish the duplicate link publicly or share it outside your team.
• Include the template in a bundle, course, or product you sell.

Notion is a separate service

Notion is a third-party product we are not affiliated with. You need your own Notion account to use anything bought here, and Notion's own terms govern your use of their software. Changes Notion makes to their product may affect how a template behaves.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details go directly to Stripe and are never received or stored by us. Where sales tax or VAT applies to your purchase it is shown at checkout and added to the amount you pay; [Your registered business name] is the seller of record for these products.

Refunds

Refunds are covered by our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

What we don't promise

Templates are provided as-is. We work hard to make them correct and useful, but we can't guarantee a template will suit your particular situation, that Notion will always render it identically, or that using one will produce any specific result. Nothing here is financial, legal, medical, or tax advice — including anything in a budgeting or health template.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a template is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above will change when we do. The version in force when you bought a template is the one that applies to that purchase.
